Head Physiotherapist and APPI Pilates Instructor

Originally from the North West of Ireland, Kevin has been working in professional sports for the last 15 years. 

Working with Premiership Footballers, All Blacks, World Champions and Olympians in multiple sports, he is passionate about getting his patients to a point where they can manage their own condition and get back to what they love. 

When not at work, Kevin is a big fan of the outdoors and can often be found hiking in the Dales, Wild Swimming, or Skydiving over the Yorkshire coast.

Senior Physiotherapist, APPI Pilates Instructor and PINC&STEEL certified Cancer Rehab Therapist

Originally from Hertfordshire, Katy moved to York to study Physiotherapy and has been working in private MSK clinics in Yorkshire since graduating in 2018.

Katy's aim in practice is to empower patients to have the physical ability to do whatever they want to do, to the best of their abilities - pain free! 

Katy is also a PINC & STEEL certified Cancer Rehab Therapist, with over three years experience assessing and treating females affected by cancer, during and after treatment, both in classes and 1:1 sessions.

When not at work Katy can be found in the gym, in a Pilates class, on a hockey pitch, or drinking cocktails!

 Physiotherapist

Originally from Middlesbrough Connor is the latest addition to the Athletica Physiotherapy team. 

Having completed his Undergraduate studies, Connor opted to undertake a further Masters Degree in Strength and Conditioning. With experience as a fitness professional Connor is passionate about devising bespoke rehabilitation plans to help patients get back to their best. Exercise medicine is seen as the future of holistic healthcare and Connor is steering his education, personal and professional development to be at the forefront of this movement. 

Away from the clinic Connor is involved in grassroots and development football. With experiences as a coach, scout and has even taken the referees course such is his passion for the beautiful game.
